Firmware Upgrade

   Can anyone explain to me the procedure for upgrading the firmware for my new Keylab 88?  I went to the Midi Control Center and it said an update was available so I allowed it.  It said version 1104 was the update.  I have a problem with the sporadic "key firing on it's own" disease and noticed a 1205 and 1206 firmware upgrade.  When I try to download the file on my Mac it says there is no app for this.  I am NOT computer savvy and cracked a beer at this point and figured I better ask before downloading a bunch of useless files to open up a file that I am confused about to begin with.  Can someone explain to me in "my vcr flashes twelve o clock language" how to successfully accomplish this?  Thanks so much for any help!!!!
