*desperate*
I updatet my spark SW via software center (already activated) and connected my Spark LE. The SW does not start, double klick on the Spark Icon doesn't start the program. I also can't find it in Task manager.

1.Install Update from SW Center
2.Tried to Start Spark from Desktop again, without success
3.Firmware update, Spark deinstallation, new installation,
4.Computer Restart and Start Spark LE, without Success
5.Midi Center Works, shows connected.
6.Starting Spak LE in Cubase results in Cubase Crashes.
7.Run as administrator doesnt work too.
8.Reinstalled again, no success
9.Contacted Support, waiting for reply (Ticket 292411)
The SW doesn't start, not even if Spark LE is disconnected.
Solution:
I think the problem was an old installation in Windows 8. After Update to Windows 10 the old VST 32 bit path still exists.
1. I deleted the 32 Bit VST Plugin Path and assigned the new 64 Bit VST Plugin path in Cubase (64 Bit). Now adding Spark in Cubase doesn't crash, but tried to spark in Cubase results in crash again.
2. I reinstalled the SW and only installed the 64 Bit VST Plugin (other installations has to be unchecked in installation window)
3. Starting Spark ..... and it works!

-asus nvb56 notebook, 4 GB RAM, i5
-Windows 10
-Realteak High defintion Audio Onboard Soundcard
-FocusriteScarlett Interface 18i8
-Cubase 5, 64bit
