There is a loud click and a sudden change of sound when dragging the Chorus Dry\Wet all the way down to 0.

It look like there is are a volume issue of some kind when both chorus and delay are used and the dry/ wet control of the chorus is used.
The preset "New Vision" show it if the chorus get turned to dry only. If changing the dry wet controls of both the effects the same issue can happen when the chorus dry/ wet is turned to wet from full dry.
Is this what you mean?
Do you have the issue only using Chorus and not Delay?

Yes, it only seems to happen when Delay Dry\Wet is a non-zero value, and the wetter the delay signal, the louder the click when reducing Chorus Wet/Dry to 0.

Yes. That's an unwanted behavior.
