Hello,
I just got my first Arturia product today, KeyLab 61, and the F#3 key is not working as expected. It takes at least 5x the pressure to activate as any other key on the keyboard. This is very unacceptable, because it makes it impossible to play jazz scales unless you slam the key. How do I get it fixed, get a replacement key bed, or return for a refund?
