I am a huge fan of the Ableton/Push combo, mostly because I can get to everything I want without having to look at an actual screen.  I write better when there is not screen or mouse involved.  This combo allows me to do that.

In the previous Analog Lab, I had the "LIVE" mode loaded with my favorite 127 presets and I was able to scroll through those using the Push via a Max For Live program change device I made.  Which was awesome, because my V Collection is my favorite soft synth set.

Analog Lab 2 is not responding to program change.  I really wish it did!!!

Anyone have suggestions on how to brown presets or playlists from the Push?  Program Change sure would be convenient.  It would be even more convenient if it recognized program change bank messages that selected different playlists you create.  Now that would be the ultimate in my book!

Any suggestions are appreciated.

You're supposed to be able to.  ???
From the manual:
"You can assign a MIDI controller to move through the items in a playlist which is useful for switching presets during a live performance without having to touch the computer."
That doesn't specifically say it responds to Program Change messages tho, I suppose. But seeing as that's merely another MIDI message, I don't see why that wouldn't work.
Note: I personally haven't tried. I've got a MiniLab, and by default one of the knobs on it is assigned to scroll through presets. :)

Check out this tutorial video which was just released today.
The playlists do indeed respond to standard MIDI Program Change messages. :)

Check out this Max 4 Live plugin:

It lets you control the Analog Labs V preset from the Push
