Hi, It seems that i can't get a response from someone through my open ticket about my Arturia 88 keyboard. I sent it to get serviced/repaired weeks ago and i haven't heard anything back as to whats going on with it and about reimbursement of the shipping charges. This is getting so frustrating that I can't even get a response to an update as to the whereabouts of my keyboard or anything. At this point I'm not left with many options but to seek outside advice to get my one thousand dollar keyboard back.
