I'm trying to get started with the third hand SparkLE I just had as a gift.
I created an account to register the product as requested by the Spark software, but I can't complete it because I can't find the unlock code. I do have a serial number though. And I can't contact Arturia support through my user account because I need the unlock code in order to do it ...
The person I got the machine from used a cracked version of the software and I can't reach him anymore.
What shall I do ? Can you help ?
