i bought the Beatstep Pro primarily so i could sync my mono tribe to my computer.
i'm having massive issues sorting this out, after much searching i've found that i can use an old video cable (with three ring minijack, red rca, white rca and yellow rca) to connect my beat step to my mono tribe. All good. So i've connected it up (with appropriate adapters to the RCAs) and can get the gate to trigger notes but cannot get the pitch to change (white to gate, yellow to pitch) ... what am i doing wrong? i've tried all combinations of the wires and no joy at all.
I should add I'm on FW 1.3 on Beatstep and the latest Firmware (with the extra CV controls) on Monotribe!
Someone must have got it working this way?
