MCC saying BSP is unplugged (Windows 7)
« on: January 16, 2016, 01:39:28 am »
Hi there,

I'm trying to update the firmware on my BSP, to no avail.

Whenever I plug in and turn on the BSP, it says it's unplugged - and if I try to update the firmware, it  says firmware download complete, please turn off and on again, however, when I do this, it then says "Failed to open the device. Please verify the device is not in use by another application".

The BSP is showing up in the device manager.

I've seen several threads about this but none concerning Windows.

Has anyone had this problem and found a cure?

Thanks in advance.
