Although i'm not sure if this is possible with a firmware update I'd love to see an option to allow sending Midi Clock out of the black connectors that are used for DINSYNC currently.
This would allow users of the Beatstep pro to send a Midi clock to devices without sending the notes of the sequences and any incoming notes in the incoming midi signal and this would be beneficial for synths on which you utilize the onboard sequencer and synths with time based effects. I know you can save a midi channel for these types of devices but it this were implemented it would be a very easy solution, especially if you regularly switch equipement.
