Beatstep Pro with Microbrute
« on: December 06, 2015, 11:35:09 am »
Hello
I am trying to connect my microbrute to the green channel of my beatstep pro via CV/Gate (Gate out to gate in on microbrute and pitch out to pitch in on the modmatrix. Problem is the pitches from the microbrute is too high and I can not get any basetones. Am I doing something wrong?
thanx

Hi, I haven't done any cv stuff with my bsp yet but apparently it's quite possible to adjust the voltage level of the base note C0 in the MCC program.  See the answer to the second question in the link here:

Elsewhere, I read that turning off and on the synth while staying connected helped. Haven't tried it yet, though.

Hi,
Check the Arturia FAQ link (the one posted by StutzJr) and have a look to the part "Why my Micro/MiniBrute play higher when connected in CV/Gate to my BeatStepPro ?"
