BSP - a step sequencer that does not play on time
« on: December 02, 2015, 03:26:33 pm »
Seriously...I've had it for months and a few updates later the clock and gate outs are stll drifitng.
I am not alone in this, ust check the facebook page and one of your testers reported the same.

The new features of 1.3 are great, at least its not crashing every 20minutes!...only crashed once or twice after the update... but you still haven't fixed the loose timing.

I just want to know if there is a new firmware coming anytime soon that fixes the most important and basic issue, to have the BSP play on time!

If not, please let me know so I can sell it.

yeah... it can drift with slight phasing of beatmatching

my routing:
BSP din midi > iConnectMIDI4+ > Ethernet LAN > Laptop [Ableton Live 9 latest]

drum racks (BSP drum)
able2- 303 synth (BSP Sequencer 1)
sylenth pluck (BSP Sequencer 2)

sylenth basslines (Ableton midi clips)
z3ta+2 chords (Ableton midi clips)

The BSP is the clock master, with ableton slave to it.

it's not my laptop performance as its a core i7, SSD, 8GB RAM, windows 8.1
