Workflow question BSP + Ableton.

I have a BSP, a few Arturia synths, Minitaur, and a MIDI thru box. I'm curious how others record into Ableton. Do you record MIDI into Ableton and then switch off BSP to that channel? Do you record audio and avoid recording MIDI notes first? Do you use the BSP in Control Mode to tweak parameters either recording MIDI or Audio? Do you prefer BSP as Slave or Master?

I was using BSP with Ableton, strictly as a midi to cv device and thought it was working great,
but I found out it was the cause of audio crackling during my sessions, not just with Ableton but with any midi gear going through the BSP to cv my modular.

Standalone it works great, and would probably work great syncing the BSP's sequencer with Ableton or any DAW.

I am no longer using BSP as a midi to cv device.

PS, I posted the above before I read about today's 1.3 release, I'll try it again tonight.
