Sync: Nanoloop, Volcas, & Microbrute
« on: October 14, 2015, 09:54:57 pm »
So, I have my Nanoloop set up to sync my Volca chain (not sure if there are any nanoloop users on here), which works perfectly. The last Volca in the chain is sending sync out into the Microbrute, which also seems to work pretty well. However, it seems that while the Brute is in sync, it is not running at the same rate as the rest. Slower, specifically. What is the best way to sync the Volca to the Brute? I plugged the brute in through usb and updated the firmware etc, but I wasn't sure which settings would be proper. I haven't really seen a consensus anywhere online.

From what I've see, the Volca is ending out 1/8th note pulses, which is half of what the brute is expecting. Is this correct?

I have exactly the same issue.

Additionally, my MicroBrute keeps skipping beats every once in a while when synced to my Volca Keys which is synced to LSDJ.

I'm actually about to return my MicroBrute since I only bought it last Friday and it's not of much use if I can't get this to work.
