ARTURIA MICROBRUTE AS AN EXTERNAL SYNTH
« on: August 06, 2015, 07:35:36 pm »
Hi guys!

I need to connect the MICROBRUT as and external midi with the korg EMX1. I need to set the midi number channel in both. For example I need to set EMX1 in midi channel 5 and microbrute in the same midi channel number 5. Is this possible?.

Two ways to do that:

1) Use the Microbrute Connection software (used also for updating firmware etc).
2) Send it a midi control command: CC 102 + 1-16 for the receive channel (or 17 for all channels), CC 103 + 1-16 for the send channel

Easiest is 1).

Good luck,
Albert
