MicroB Envelope Not WorkingOut of nowherePLEASE RESTORE MY FAITH IN THIS MACHINE

The envelope on my MicroBrute is BROKEN! 

Sometimes when the faders are really low it kicks in, but the rest of the time it just plays a solid sound. I'm guessing this is a physical hardware problem, is there anywhere I can get me little Brutey looked at? Or maybe there is a part I can purchase and replace??

I've not been on this forum since my MicroBrute was new, did they ever fix the sequencer problems??

I don't want to start advising people against buying this synthesizer, but I am starting to regret choosing the MicroBrute.

PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME!

Regarding the enveloppe issue, please check your Mailbox

Regarding the sequencer, could you be more specific ?
Make sure that in the Microbrute connection software, the "Step On" parameter is set to "Clk" and not "Gate".
