Maybe it's a matter of assigning the buttons to a sound via the Learn function?
I only have the smaller 25 version, but I can also imagine that those pads connect straightaway with Spark, probably not so with the synth plugins. Makes sense?

Hi blossom_liew,
I've create a new topic with your question. Please read carefully what the topic is about before posting.
It's hard to answer several people on a same topic
For your problem :
On the KeyLab 49 pad send on Midi Channel 10. Please configure your VST / DAW to receive on this channel.
