Why would Arturia include a power supply that does not work? That's pretty annoying.
This power supply is listed as a replacement for the MKII on Amazon, but clearly doesn't work. A word to the wise....

Arturia don't supply a power supply that 'does not work'. They don't supply a power supply at all. They do however list the requirements for a power supply, and expect their customers to have the basic intelligence to be able buy one which meets the specifications.
As for your link, anyone who buys that and finds it does not work should report it as such to the vendor.
