Minilab not visible under Ableton control surfaces. Official reply please?

I followed Arturia's directions on how to "install the folder". Still, Ableton does not see the Arturia Minilab in Control Surfaces.

My setup:

Win 8.1
Live 9.1
Latest Minilab firmware 3.0.0.5

This is now the fourth issue I'm having with my new Minilab/Analog Lab combo and I've had it for less than a week. Customer service has been silent and I can't say I would ever throw another dollar to Arturia based on this experience. Can I please get an official response? I'm a day away from returning the Minilab with it's UNUSABLE Analog Lab software for an Akai MPKmini. What gives?
