Hoping so—I bought the V3 collection a couple of months ago on sale but haven't installed it yet because my computer is soon-to-be-replaced and, from what I understand anyway, I can't move it to a new computer once installed unless I go with the dongle (would rather not). New licensing set up seems like a win!
