Take it back for a refund and get something else. I'll give Arturia very high marks for their virtual synths, but the MiniLab is a piece of junk. I've spent a year or more trying to get one to work properly and as time has gone by, it has gotten even worse. I was never able to get the thing to do what it is supposed to do, so I went out and bought something else; problem solved.
