Minibrute feature suggestions
« on: June 26, 2014, 10:38:42 pm »
I'm new so I don't know if there is a page for this already. If so I apologise.

One thing is bothering me slightly on my Minibrute SE. There is a Range control for the pitch bend wheel, but no such control for the Mod Wheel or the Aftertouch. Now this is the first analogue synth I've owned with an aftertouch keyboard, but on all of my digitals, and all of my virtual instruments, I can set how deep the vibrato is at maximum for both the wheel and the aftertouch. Both controls are quite aggressive, and although there's a ramp shape for aftertouch in the Editor software, there's no way to limit the depth, making aftertouch a bit tricky to get right. I wonder if a Vibrato depth control, either separately for both physical controllers or a combined one, could be added to the Editor? I'm a big fan of natural, subtle vibrato and I can't seem to get that right on my Arturia right now.

um.....

just don't use the mod wheel as fully or press down as hard.

it's totally possible to get a subtle vibrato.

but to answer your question: no, you can't. either accept that or sell your mb
