have been in touch with customer service twice in the past few weeks. both times Jerome answered within hours. first was a calibration glitch and he sent the instructions and the software to set things up correctly. then over the weekend my keyboard went the way of many others - key sticking up! emailed sunday afternoon, Jerome got back to me this morning, replacement keyboard in the post to me tomorrow for delivery by the end of the week. can't really ask for more than that ;-) just thought i'd balance out some of the horror stories as I think arturia have got their act together now.
