Register my beatstep

I was having problems registering my beatstep  so I made a support request and a very helpful person by the name of Amine  who I must say answered my emails very quickly and in a very professional manor   ( pay rise needed )   said she would help.  it now seems that my beatstep is in your data base but does NOT show up in my registard products ?  where my spark le is.

Hi yes its registered now ok    but the date I bought it missing     where as my spark le and my v collection all have the date I registered them.. just incase I need it for guarantee
