Trouble with presets..

Hello music and Arturia lovers!
I have problems with my MiniLab again. :( When I choose Prophet V or VS as a single synth, all the preset sounds the same way! I try to restart it, but that doesn't matter. All other synths works fine and sounds great! But not the "Prophets".. Someone, any suggestions?? Musically yours Lottie (in Karlstad, Sweden)

Latest up-to-date.. Now the Mini V also sound the same!! Not just only the prophets.. Any suggestions?? Many thanks on beforehand!! Musically yours Lottie, Karlstad, Sweden

I just wanted to tell you that I managed to fix my MiniLab yesterday!! So, now it works like it should do!! Musically yours Lottie in Karlstad, Sweden
