Hello
I bought the V-Collection 3 on the 19th March and have still received no emails with Activation codes or Serial numbers. I have emailed both sales and general support via the website but have received no reply there either.
I paid via Paypal and the money has been deducted. So I have paid money and received nothing. I can supply my order number if required.
Can someone please help me?

Same problem here - bought V-Collection 3 (on 23 March 2014) but no Serial Number or Activation Code received. Paid by Paypal. Called Arturia in France this morning spoke to someone who said I would have an email in 5 minutes - now 4 hours later and I've still received nothing. Have logged tech support request - no response. CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH THIS PLEASE!

Same here bought it Saturday 22. Send an Email Yesterday to the support. No Response till now.

I registered an Account and entered the Registration Code.
But i accidendtly clicked the Site away with the Authorisationcode.
and now i don't find any Way to get back to it.

Hi…. I'm new to the forum and I'm in the same situation. I placed my order via Paypal on saturday for the V Collection Steinberg promo and haven't received a email yet but the money has been deducted from paypal!
