Where transferring a software license, there are actually 2 steps:
1) transferring the eLicenser activated license.
This can only be done physically ,via a USB-eLicenser dongle (the Steinberg Key).

2) transferring the registered serial number
While you might be able to delete a serial number from your Arturia account (or not, since some serials are locked), you have to request the serial number to be released by Arturia to the new owner.
Please send an email from your registered address to registration-inquiry@arturia.com, with the serial number you wish to release and the registered email address of the new owner.
Please note that licenses received as part of a promotion (either an upgrade offer, or a free license with the purchase of another Arturia product) cannot be transferred separately from the product that qualified for the promotion.
Examples:
- free software license received with the purchase of a hybrid product (Analog Experience series or Spark) during the Hybrid Madness promotion must be sold/transferred together with the hybrid product
- V-Collection3 upgrades must be sold/transferred together with the other instruments that were the source of the upgrade (i.e. if you upgraded from V-Collection2 to V-Collection3, both V-Collection2 and 3 licenses must remain on the same account)
