Bought the V-Collection 3.0 payed with PayPal and received an empty Mail

I'm a bit confused. Yesterday I've bought the V-Collection 3.0 payed with PayPal but received just an empty eMail:

While youre waiting for word from Arturia, you should double-check your email SPAM folder, to make sure the mail wasn't re-routed.  I think, it can take a day or two to get your links though.  G'luck..

I'm having exactly the same problem!  On the same day even.  Please let me know if you find a way to get in contact with them.  I've been emailing and filling complaints with no response from anyone..     Is it a French holiday all this week or something?

We just found an issue in the Arturia online store that affected a handful of V-Collection3 purchases made after September 25th, 10:30pm (French time), which generated empty emails instead of the serial number and unlock code.
This should be fixed tomorrow (September 28th), and all the pending serials will be sent (except Gordian who cancelled his order).
We apologize for the inconvenience.
