Problem when changing the serial for troubleshootings!
« on: June 06, 2012, 12:16:44 pm »
Hi to all!
I had to reinstall the operating system, but I could not save the licenses.
So I requested the new licenses with the form on the site:
For the first two licenses went well but now when try again the same steps it says:

MODx Parse Error

MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
PHP Parse Error
PHP error debug
Error:   mysql_numrows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource
  Error type/ Nr.:   Warning - 2
  File:   /var/vhosts/ : eval()'d code
  Line:   189
Parser timing
  MySQL:   0.0060 s   (31 Requests)
  PHP:   0.1515 s
  Total:   0.1575 s

I contacted Arturia but I do not have responded, anyone have this strange issue???

Thanks for report this issue.
It has been fixed. Please try again.

By the way, please note that the correct way to proceed when changing computer, changing system drives or re-installing OS, is:
- first, purchase a USB-eLicenser (= The Steinberg Key ~$25),
- transfer the licenses from the Soft-eLicenser on the original computer/system drive to the USB-eLicenser
- then, reformat/remove the original hard drive, or re-install the OS.
After that, you can either use the licenses directly on the USB-eLicenser, or transfer them back to the new Soft-eLicenser on the new computer/system drive.

More information regarding eLicenser is available here:
