By the way, please note that the correct way to proceed when changing computer, changing system drives or re-installing OS, is:
- first, purchase a USB-eLicenser (= The Steinberg Key ~$25),
- transfer the licenses from the Soft-eLicenser on the original computer/system drive to the USB-eLicenser
- then, reformat/remove the original hard drive, or re-install the OS.
After that, you can either use the licenses directly on the USB-eLicenser, or transfer them back to the new Soft-eLicenser on the new computer/system drive.
