I purchased Spark VDM as a download on 4-8-2012. I never received and information other than a screen who of my receipt. I contacted support who emailed me back a few time but with no resolution, now I have not heard back from support since 4-13. I PM'ed Antoine as I saw was suggested on the forums with ALL of my information of my purchase that is on the receipt. I have heard NOTHING back. This is the end of day 16 since I purchased this product and have NO resolution. WTF is going on Arturia? I cannot believe what unacceptable customer support they have. Can someone resolve this NOW?
