I have been trying to contact technical support without success.
I'm trying to register my instruments and have been able to do so with all of them except my CS-80. When I enter the serial number it says that number is already in the database.
I have the original disc and I'm the original owner. I can't remember if I ever registered it in the past. It's possible, but if so it was years ago.
When I try to contact technical support I don't receive a confirmation email and nothing shows up in my account showing that my support request was received. Thanks.
