My ftp download link won't open

Hey, I just bought the Prophet V but I can't download it using the ftp link you gave me. Is there any problem on the server?

The server is working.
But just in case, you can always download the latest Update installer from this page:

Ok problem solved. The router didn't allow ftp connections. Thanks!
