Oxygen8 work with standalone?

Hi,

I would be extremely grateful if anyone could tell me how to get my Oxygen8 to play the MMV standalone. I've installed the Oxygen8 driver, but nothing happens. Any ideas?

hello,

I use Oxygen 8 as well and it works fine for me in stand alone and Dxi in Sonar.  I will assume you understand about in the upper left corner of window and making sure the controller should be displayed.  If it is not, did you plug your oxygen 8 in a differnt USB port?  If so, that could be the reason it doesn't recognize it.  I've had the problem before.  it most definately works with it though as I never had a problem since.

you may also need to set the audio protocol, go to file, and then preferances, and see what choices you.  Possibly try a differnt setting.  I use a Dell 5100 laptop and chose the Directx setting according to the sound card I have.  It works like a dream with very good latency
