Assuming you are talking about the Analog Factory software, I'm pretty certain you can not automate virtual knob changes. I own Arturia Prophet V software also (along with Analog Factory). With Prophet V software you can automate virtual knob changes. With Analog Factory, I record audio while I am manually tweaking virtual knobs (such as release).
