I sent you two different support inquiries over the past 2 months, asking the same thing: please give me a new activation code since my old one got lost when my whole hard drive crashed and I lost everything that was on it.
Still no answer from you about my cases. I am deeply dissapointed with
the way you handle my needs as a paying customer, in need of a simple
license key for my software. I have now not been able to use my synth
for two full months. Absolutely worthless. If this goes on much further, I'll have to switch to another software synth, one is reliable and has a customer service that is actually
interested in the basic task in offering service to it's customers.
I'm a working musician and I need my gear operational. Now.
Please get back to me asap.
