New server => short unavailability period

Hello everyone,

We have just been warned by the eLicenser team that a maintenance update of the license server hardware and software is scheduled for May 19th 2010, between 10.00 am and 1.00 pm (CEST).

Due to the unavailability of the server no license downloads and transfers are possible during this time and no activation codes can be used.

Please accept all apologies for the inconvenience this temporary unavailability may cause.
Keep in mind that, with a little luck, this short annoyance should clear a lot of commonly encountered problems, such as "User Master server..." error messages and other download/transfer issues.

Hi, I just bought The One and have not received any emails with any Demo authorization codes. I've been trying this for the last few hours. Is the the server still down?
