Hello, this is the first time to visit this forum.
I bought in December 2009 a Arturia AFE and it is in combination with fruity studio great.
Because in want AFE also use one my laptop I order the first of January a e-licenser key and a T shirt by Arturia online shop. I get a order confirmation and I made the payment on 4 January.
From that date I hear nothing from Arturia, I leave 2 messages via the contact page but no response at all. Have any one similar experiences with Arturia? And how have they manage to get there goods because I have really no clue how I get my stuff where I pay for.
