Voting list for MMV enhancements
« on: March 02, 2004, 12:02:32 am »
I noticed that Arturia have a voting form for which Synthesizer emulation their customers would like to see next.  I would like to suggest that they set up a similar form for enhancements to existing products.

While I have your attention  , I'd like to suggest my own list for the MMV in order of desireability:
1. Patch Change through the DXI interface.
2. External Audio input ( now available on MiniMg )
3. Enhance Osc,Filter,Envelope to MiniMg quality.
4. Sample and Hold
5. Undo latest patch modification ( edit history ) with a keystroke.  For example SONAR uses CONTROL-Z

And has anybody out there programmed an oscilloscope emulation to use with MMV ?

OK, there's still missing 4 items, and I build the requested "MMV enhancements" voting poll.
Waiting for your propositions...

I've posted this already in the technical forum.

-Add "note off" as part of the assignable connections for the sequencer

- Add a Global Midi Control Set up.
I've been using the UC-33e to edit parameter in real-time. It's easy to assign almost any parameter to a controller (the learn function is great) but this has to be done for every patch. It would be great if it was a global setting which would be part of the instrument. So whenever I use a MMV instrument, I can recall my UC33 setup and I've got all those knobs and faders on my UC33 linked to my favorite parameter in the MMV.

Also how about making the sequencer responding to external sequencer stop. because it's not working.

We don't know exactly,...in 2004 anyway ;-)
In the meantime, you can add your vote to the wish list.
