TECH SUPPORT: reduced service during year-end period

Hi dear musicians and/or noise esthets,

From 24th of December'09 to 4th of January'10, the Technical Support Department will be severely reduced, and the service impacted as well. Registration and authorization issues should be handled pretty quickly, but compatibility issues quite less. All apologies for potential inconvenience caused.

To get some quicker help during this period, make sure to read:
* useful articles in our Knowledge Base
* users contributions in our forum
* manuals and tutorials available in the website "Resources" section of your favorite synthesizer.

Make sure to keep your virtual instrument updated, and the eLicenser Control Center as well! This solves more issues than you may imagine. :-)

Finally, Merry Christmas and New Year's Eve to all you beloved users!!!

Technical Support service is now back to regular operation. Some slight delay in processing your case can be expected though.
