Check out the info what I discovered under the SX hiccup problem temp-fix. Maybe this will help. I personally find the MMV very plug-in unfriendly. It does not work well with others. Until they fix things, you may have to bounce the track then process the audio file directly. A pain, I know, but only a suggestion.
