I have been waiting forever for a proper response to this problem.
Your support is a disgrace and any other business acting this way would be run out of town.
You should get your act together and help your customers.
Couldn't agree more. I still have an open support case from
over a year ago, got some reply that they had been on vacation and all kind of different excuses. The products are great, the support hands down is the worst in the business. I own more than one Arturia product too, but will never buy another one because of the bad support... don't care how good the product will be.
