2nd keyboard now and instead of the pitch wheel behaving randomly the presets are now loading with the pitch wheel showing 50% down, even though they don't play with the pitch reduced, some of the presets don't even load and when they do its only because i have skipped them after hearing no sound and have gone back to them.
submitted request for assistance 10days ago now.
af has crashed other applications (reason4, logic8, garageband), all of which sit very well together...as soon as af is loaded or asked to do something, everything else stops.
this doesn't happen every other minute of the day but its now becoming a joke.
i ask myself that even though i like the keyboard...why did i have to buy the software with it (which i like when it works!!)!!
i don't spend hours on forums complaining or trying to work out how make everything work....i spend my money on products which should be given proper back up and assistance..
arturia even demo it on apple macs.
come on you have great products...but we are the people who pay you for them.
UPDATE (14 oct): maybe i was a little harsh and critical, but having only had my setup for a number of days, i felt let down by a total lack of response from arturia, to be honest i wish i had read the forums first about this, some of the comments from antoine are almost sarcastic which doesn't help. look at propellerhead's support for a "how to", they always answer and always help to get to the bottom of the problem. i am writing this several months after originally posting this thread and its been read over a hundred times....any response??? none what so ever...having a laugh are you?
