distortion on delay effect?
« on: June 20, 2009, 05:32:03 pm »
I am getting (what seems like) distortion when using the delay effect, it's not the good kind of distortion, it sounds like moderate clipping, but I tried lowering all of the incoming levels and it still distorts...  I lowered the osc levels in a minimixer, I lowered the output level and made sure it wasn't filter resonance causing peaks.

Is there something else I need to look at, or is there a known issue with the delay?

I can post an audio sample to demonstrate if that helps.

Thanks
John K.

it's a known issue. if the origin synchro is internal it is not a "big" distorsion. if you have have set the synchro to external (Mcloc) than you have a lot of distorsion. I think Vincent is working on this and maybe he will answer you more precisely.
