Troubles loading the Mg Modular 5 into Logic 6 as an AU

Hello I need some assistance. When I load up the Mg Modular 5 inside the latest operating system in Panther 10.2.3 on the Mac OS. The icon is readily available than the plug in flickers out beyond my comprehension. I would appreciate any feedback or solutions on the manner.

I was able to use the demos of MMV and minMg in LOGIC with NO problem. since buying the actuall MMV package, I get COre AUDIO error messages in LOGIC.
I am able to use MMV as a standalone though and
I am able to use MMV as a VST via Fxpansion VST wrapper.
I am wondering in light of the similarity of our problems whether this is a bug.
