Due to multiple database migrations during years, some licensing conflicts have raised these last days. To avoid any mass error we handle each one manually, not a big problem but as I saw many requests in many different threads, and as I like things to be clear & clean:

Please forward me your license number via "Personal Message".

I will have a dive in the database, fix the issue, and get back to you asap.
When it's done, remember to get your activation code as described here, and authorize your favorite synthesizer as described there.

I have updated to MiniMg 2.0 and the system will not retreive my license. Unfortunatley I registered a long time ago under an email account I no longer have access to.
Can you please contact me to fix my licence; I purchased as part of the Vintage bundle.

hi - The new system won't allow me to add my serial numbers - it says they are already in the database. So...I can't email tech support to ask how to get them added so that I can get a synchrosoft code for miniMg 2. Kinda stuck here and I'd like to use the new update.

please advise.

I purchased the V Collection and everything else worked....

How do I fix this?

The same message is displayed to me.

The license of "miniMg v" that I own cannot register.

Why?It embarrasses it very much.  :-[

I'm having the same issue as everyone else here;  I see a little blue square with a head in it, an IM icon, and a little globe beneath Antoine's penguin, but no envelope (I am logged in correctly...).  I am rather eager to update my MiniMg V to version 2.0 to see if the problem with the pitch going out when using the mod wheel to add vibrato has been fixed.  How will I get in touch;  does anyone have Antoine's e-mail address?
