How do you get the sequencer to send MIDI out via USB?

That's not possible with the current released firmware. As has been said somewhere else, we're working among other things to add MIDI controller capability to Origin (that is associating editable MIDI messages to knobs, switches...). Regarding the Sequencer the question is not if we want to include it into the MIDI controller (the answer is yes) but how we can do it due to the very nature of this Sequencer. As a matter of fact the Origin Sequencer is an emulation of an *analog* step sequencer, that is it generates *modulation signals* (the step value and the accent envelope), *slide commands* (not a signal but really a command to the DSPs to compute a glissando between 2 consecutive steps) and *trigs*. So we have to figure out how these signals can be tied to MIDI messages. We can associate a NOTE ON to a trig, a CC or an NRPN to the step value... This is a work still in progress here at Arturia. Anyway, the MIDI controller capablity is a strong demand from a number of our customers, so it will likely be implemented soon.
