Trouble with the license number in Syncrosoft on Mac OS 10.5

I just purchased the V Collection and cannot get the Syncrosoft license download to work. I get to a screen that requests a 32 digit number. I though I would enter my Prophet V and Jupiter 8V lisence numbers there, but it keeps telling me the numbers are invalid. The help document says I need a 22 or 32 digit number to download the lisences, but I can't find that number anywhere. Does anyone know how to get around this. I can only find the lisence numbers on the card provided in the box.

The 22-32 digit number is the activation code, not the license number.

If you still can't find the activation code then you probably have to email Arturia's customer service a copy of your invoice and they will email you the activation code(s).

That's how it worked when I bought the CS-80V and got the download version of the Prophet V during the buy-one-get-one-free promo. Strange that the activation code isn't included in the package though....

Cool, I'll try that. I, too, find it strange that the activation code was not included. Maybe it's in something that I'm missing. Do you know where it actually is in the box?

The V-Collection ships with an already activated dongle, so there is nothing to activate.
After installed everything:
_ just update you LCC: http://www.syncrosoft.com/Support-78-11.html
_ plug your dongle
_ launch the LCC
_ check your licenses are up and activated
Et voilą!
