Play VIRTUAL keyboard with REAL Keyboard

well...

is there any way to play the virtual keyboard using the comps real keyboard... its difficult to play with mouse all keys...

plz respond... or am i missing something

Yes, you can certainly use a MIDI keyboard, so long as you have a MIDI input to your computer. (If you haven't, don't worry - you can change the soundcard.)

I don't know what you mean by `comps,' though?

Are you using the MMV in stand-alone mode or running under something else?

Let us know what you're running and I or someone here will get you set up.

Playing a Mg Modular polyphonically is an experience not to be missed. :)

I'm guessing he meant the computer's keyboard. There is free software that lets you do that but I don't remember what it is called.

Yes, you're probably right. It makes sense, anyway.

I think it might be helpful if Arturia had some general advice on MIDI keyboards, soundcards etc in the Knowledge Base.
