ARTURIA - why won't you help registered customers download the upgrade from 1.0 to AF 2.0? It is my understanding that AF 2.0 does not require a USB dongle. Does this mean I should just sit around and fondle my dongle until you respond? I visit major music store chains in the US on a frequent basis and cannot endorse your products because of extremely POOR support. I don't think your company will survive another year in the music industry.
