Does Arturia provide Technical Support for its U.S. Customers?
I submitted/opened a Tech Support Request on Friday, December 7, 2007 and provided some additional information the following day. I have sent two additional "reminder" emails.
It is now December 26th, 2007, 19 days since I opened the ticket, and there has been no response or activity at all.
This is also not a case of spam filtering or email blocking of my email, since there has been no response in Arturia's own support system (FogBugz).
